jello cup (0 calories) and a chocolate SF chocolate pudding cup mixed together. Sometime I will mix 2 tbsp of coolwhip in, chop up the cherry jello and pudding...you got a 90 calorie snack that will fill u up and get rid of the sweet tooth! My hubby and kids love it too.0

I brew my own iced tea - I want to stay away from diet sodas but sometimes water just won't cut it and I need a little flavor - add a little Splenda and I'm good to go. A little sugar-free Cool Whip on any berries as a treat works. For a chocolate fix, I have a sugar free hot chocolate with some sugar free hazelnut creamer - yummy treat! Best of luck to you!0

Whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, millet, etc.) and beans - they're really filling and have tons of protein and fiber. A few good bang for your buck ingredients!0

V8 Spicy. 50 calories for 1 cup (8 oz.). Strangely filling and a craving killer. Or just add Tabasco to regular V8.
Pure Protein brand shakes in a can/bottle (It's a weird metal bottle shaped thing - is it a can? is it a bottle?). Chocolate and Vanilla. 140 calories. 23 g protein, 2g sugar. MUCH better numbers than the Slim Fast stuff.
- Having these handy (desk, car) can really be a life-saver. Stops me reaching for the unhealthy snack or going to the drive through.0 -

Dang ya;ll just made me hungry ,.,,,,,,,,,But I eat a little peanut butter with a apple for a quik snack or sugar free pudding and a few prezels ... and always a banana every day .. sugar free fudge popcycle . Sugar free .GUM !!0

Wheat toast with jam! I LOVE toast with jam. I don't even miss the slab of butter, the jam gets me through the day.0

Crystal Light. Without it, I'd probably drink zero water. I can only drink water if I'm totally horrendously thirsty and then it has to be very cold.
Body Fortress Cookies and Creme Whey Powder. Mixed with milk, it's just like a chocolate milkshake. Loaded with protein and tames my sweet tooth.0 -

Progresso lite chicken noodle soup 140 calories for the whole can! Oscar Mayer thin sliced smoked turkey breast 45 calories for 6 slices, ghiridelli chocolate and ice water with lemon! I quit drinking pop 15 yrs ago and don't drink coffee either!0

Market Pantry low fat ricotta (1/2 cup) with hershey's unsweetened cocoa and truvia (stevia) and a little peppermint extract. It is high protein, low fat and tastes really rich so I don't feel like I am missing out on dessert.0

Some people may think I'm crazy but these work very well for me the toddler snacks!!!! They have ones that tastes just like cheese doodles they are small but they are only 35 calories for 18 pieces then they have all different flavored puffs they are 73 pieces for 25 calories I like the strawberry banana when I'm craving something sweet .... Don't knock it until you tried it lol0
