    Wow, congratulations, it is a journey that is so hard. I am so impressed, you look great!

    Thank you!! It has definitely not been easy, but when it finally "clicked" that this was a true lifestyle change and that no quick fixes would ever work - things did get a little easier. I actually enjoy cooking healthy food, trying new things (I used to be super "picky" - meaning LAZY) and I LOVE to exercise. Well, most days, anyway. :P


    This is exactly the way I feel. Keep it up. I'm not to my goal yet either, but am happy trying to get there! Good luck!
