Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: The 100 workout

• 100 jumping jacks
• 90 crunches
• 80 squats
• 70 leg lifts
• 60 jumping jacks
• 50 crunches
• 40 squats
• 30 leg lifts
• 20 jumping jacks
• 10 minute jog/run


My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics. Also, you can modify them if you need to for medical reasons but the basic form must stay the same. In other words if we are doing a leg challenge you can't do that exercise for some reason try to make sure your alternate exercise works the legs in some way.

    Done - great workout Thanks!

    I did the crunches, leg lifts, squats and jumping jacks as listed but not running as i did it all after my 30 min morning run!

    70 leg lifts is a killer for me. Made it through 60!

    Challenge accepted! I'll give it my best :)

    EDIT: Done! I'm just about dying... but it feels great. Took me about a half an hour, then for the "10" I did 10 minutes walking. (I'm not at the jog/run stage yet in my fitness) So about 40 mins altogether :)
