I decided to use this partly because it was a recommended app and I wanted something to help me track my weight loss and calories. Now I've been an athlete my whole life and cutting weight was always done in a very hardcore ways. I've lost 20 lbs in two weeks before so now my perception of weight loss is so skewed that I view losing 2lbs a week as failure. Any suggestions any one?

Well you can either try losing extremely quickly but you're likely to yoyo back up to your old weight with a slight increase in bf% or even burn out and put on weight before you reach your goal. The other option is to stick with a sustainable 1-2lb loss per week and only have to lose the weight once and for good.0
