    IT seems most of you have the FT4? I have "sportline F7" will post in a few ...It would be more interesting with different types of HRMs....This was an awesome idea BTW!

    if its 140 it was : 2 min 20 sec.
    I did my best effort not slow or really fast but definately felt it in my thighs since I worked them hard a few days ago.

    Average heart rate during jog = 139
    Max heart rate during jog = 154
    Calories burned = 30
