Love this workout! I've been doing lower weight and higher reps just to get my body back in the swing of things without being so sore that I can't move - this week I'm going for this routine!

Thanks for this. Very interesting. I don't currently have the facilities for pull-ups (not even a sturdy enough door frame!) Is there anything I can do for now until I can get a pull-up bar or something? I know pull-ups are preferable but I want to get started straight away. Thanks0

Guys, for more beginner info google starting strength or stronglifts 5x5. Lots of free information out there associated with those two programs.
But yes, you don't have to spend hours in the gym every day. Just a few basic exercises will hit most of the muscle groups in the body in an efficient manner.0 -
