I have started my diet Less than 2 months ago and I've already lost 23 lbs, but I start a new job on Monday, and am really worried about juggling work, with the diet and exercise. I am also doing my Masters degree, and have some other things filling up my agenda. I figure the best thing is to pack lunches and join a gym (I usually jog/walk, but getting home late might get in the way).
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE--- any suggestions from you successful dieters with hectic schedules?

Planning lunches ahead and packing is a must, but make sure you have variety and aren't packing a salad or a turkey sandwhich every single day. The gym works for some people, but I felt it took too much time out of my day to go there (I am in nursing school, work part time and have a family). I prefer videos because they fit when I need them too, I don't have to pack a gym bag.

Schedule one day a week for meal planning. Start early, plan ALLof your meals, go to the grocery store, spend some money on freezable meal holders, cook and fix your dinners and prepare your lunches. Invest in a lunch/dinner holder that is big enough for 2 meals and water.

You can do this...it just takes a little time.. Failing to plan is planning to fail...an old audit adage!
