where do i account for breastfeeding calories?

You can search for breastfeeding under foods - it adds in negative calories. Are you EBF? If so, you need the extra 500 calories. If not, you should add in around 300-350.0

Yes - i have a 3 week old who is nursing constantly (i am just JUST getting back into things, lol, and want to go very very slowly to make sure that he is getting enough milk).0

From what i've researched youll need to pump up your fat intake to about 40%.
So a good macro breakdown would be Protein 30% Fat 40% Carbs 30%.0 -
