Same weight for 2 months

Hi everyone. I lost 30 lbs in 5 months and also lost 10% body fat. Lately my weight has not changed in 2 months but still losing body fat. I am not happy at 161 at 5'3, although I only have 8-9% body fat to lose to be in normal range but I do not want to be heavy. Is this good? Should I be happy if my body is like this? My goal is 130lbs. I would love to hear what you think.

I couldn't even guess without measurements at the very least.0

I am also 5' 3" and have weighed 140 for 2 months with no change. I think as long as you have a healthy goal, which 130 is healthy, than go for it! Just hang in there. I actually upped my calories for the last week and ironically logged my first weight loss today of 0.8 pounds. So now I have a glimmer of hope.0

I've been at same weight now for a month. I'm chalking it up to muscle gain because I have gone SO hard this month in weight training. Don't beat your body up over it, or yourself...easier said than done I know for sure....but keep doing what you're doing and our bodies will catch up. I refuse to stay at this weight...but if my body wants to build muscle and drop fat again later - I'm okay with that I also increased my cals for the month, I was pretty low for awhile there just based on lower hunger. Keep pushing...we'll get there!0

Not that I am your height or size but I just broke through a 3 week long plateau by upping my calories. Also, if inches are coming off the numbers my not be moving if you are exercising and building muscle. Give it time and the pounds should follow I'd rather be muscular and healthy than be a certain number on the scale.0

If you're till losing body fat, you've got to be losing inches too I would think. Eventually the scale will follow. I'd maybe pick something else as a supplemental goal, like "I want to be a size 6." Perhaps for your body/bone structure/muscle mass, a size 6 would be 140 pounds. Maybe 130. You won't really know till you get there. That's how I'm looking at it. I set a goal of 130, but if I hit 140 or 135 and am totally happy, maybe THAT is where I stop. Your health and fitness is SO much more than that number on the scale, even though it is so hard to recognize. I find myself worrying about the "number" too much!0 -
Thank you for all your encouraging words. Sometimes I just don't understand how this weight loss works. I know I have been stronger since I started weight training--- using 50lb kettlebells. Now I am starting to think maybe my muscles are getting bigger and heavier, now should I use lighter weights?0
