I was asked by some fellow members to post this recipe and figured this was the easiest place to put it. I am a LC eater. When. I cook I always just add in what sounds good. This is the basic recipe and you can add or subtract as you wish. Depending on what you put into it will depends on calories, carbs and sodium..
I also tend to cook this ahead and make a lot since it freezes well and I eat it a lot cause I really like it.

Cut up and fry as is a turkey polish sausage whole thing (think they are like 24 oz)
Fry up one pound turkey burger
I fry up the sausage in the pan and then the burger so that the burger soaks up the sausage drippings.

Onion cute up into bite size pieces (about one large onion)
Green pepper (bite size pieces) (usually two)
Zucchini (quarter into length and then slice into bite size pieces) (3 small ones)
Mushrooms (slice) (10-20 just whatever looks like a good amount)

Add olive oil to a pan and sauté onions and peppers til glazed. I also all in some ginger, lemon pepper, and seasonall at this time.
Once those are pretty well cooked I add in the zucchini and mushrooms. You can add any other vegetable you wish. I like these, I have added canned tomatoes and they go well with this. If I don’t add tomatoes I sometimes add either a rice vinegar, or teriyaki
