Help stuck at the same weight need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been stuck at the same weight for quite some time (Maybe a month or longer) I will admit I had a piece of bday cake on the 24th of feb. but since then I have not had anything sweet since maybe early nov. 2011....... I am trying to stay away from beef and pork. I need some help. I have also tried to eat healthy like no fried or greasy foods. Can someone help me get over this hump. PLEASE :cry:

    what are your portions like? and are you doing strength and cardio for your workouts? These things can help. I dont know how youve lasted that long without giving up. When I dont see results i quit doing what it is I was doing but I am proud of you for trying to stick to it!!

    My portions are ok, I don't over eat. I do more cardio than I do strength training. I don't have time to workout at a gym so I workout at home for now. I have not given up because my body won't let and I want it bad :)

    I've also been the same weight all month. It's extremely frustrating because this month I actually did work out a lot. And while my fitness is improving, the scale won't budge:sad:

    Not everyone will agree with what I have to say but it might help. Go see a nutritionist. I learned recently that it depends what you eat. For example, You need a certain amount of carbs, proteins and fat to keep your body healthy and to keep losing weight (no more plateau). The rough calculation would be that you need 2g of carb for every protein you eat to MAINTAIN your weight. So, you need 1.5g of carb for every protein you eat to SAFELY lose weight. And you need 0.3g of fat for every protein too. The tricky part to all this is calculating how many grams of proteins, carbs and fat you need per meal and snack. Also, I learned that you NEED to have 3 meals and two snacks to keep your metabolism at maximum effort and to keep your energy high all day. All this being said, to know YOUR numbers, I strongly suggest you go meet with a nutritionist who will be able to measure you, give you your numbers and tell you what the REAL ideal weight for YOU is.     Thanks so much I think what you said makes since. My cousin told me I should be eating 5-6 small meals a day :( that's hard for me.
