Dancing into the wee small hours of the morning!

So last night I went out to a club with my friends, I was very well behaved on the drink calories front and I literally danced my *kitten* off all throughout the night! Great fun! I also had a similar thing last weekend at my sisters wedding.

My question is how would you log this? Im not logging the wedding as I took that as a day off (in celebration of the fact that I had got myself into great shape for the bridesmaid dress and had conquered my nemesis the zipper!)

    aerobic dancing for the actual hours you were dancing (subtract sitting down during a sorry song)?

    I lost 3 pounds and kept them off after one night of dancing all night.. I out danced women 20 yrs younger.. made my night.. :wink:

    That's what I will be doing tonight.... I'm not logging it because I'm just going for the fun of it. If I end up losing weight it will just be a bonus :)

    Awww Yeah I agree with doing it for the fun of it! Its a hypothetical really I was under for the day actually which was more the reason for asking. Its just so nice as well to feel good after a night out and not feel guilty about calories drunk! I'm also wondering which day I would log it for yesterday or today?
