new to the site, hoping acknowledgment through tracking my actions will make me aware of my mistakes preventing me from success...
I starting putting on weight about a year & a half ago. i spent 5 weeks eating near to nothing working out everyday and lost only 2lbs. When I went to my Dr. she did blood work and the results were, well, I have a hypo active thyroid. I have been on meds and now am regular, but still struggling. Would love encouragement from anyone with experience, and success:-)
