Hi all,
Wow I have the philadelphia cook book and its great it shows you all the calories,sodium,carbs,fibre,fat.. :-)
My favourite is this one
CREAMY LEMON AND THYME SPAGHETTI serves 4
What you need...
300g dried spaghetti
120g philadelphia light cheese
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
100 g frozen peas
black pepper to taste
cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water for around 8 mins and drain.
heat all the remaining ingredients gently in a pan for 3-4 mins until the peas are cooked ( this is the sauce)
combine the sauce with the spaghetti, season with black pepper and serve
5 mins prep and 15 mins cook time, a nice creamy meal for a cold night in less than 20 mins!
Calories per portion (1/4) 233 cals - 9.9g protein- 39.6 carbs- 4.9g fat - salt 0.3g.

That's something I could easily get my hubby to eat with some added protein, like chix. Add a salad and we're set! Thanks for sharing. Interesting ingredients (which I happen to have on hand).0
