20lbs down!

Started on MFP in October 2011 after I got back home from a year of living in Mexico. I did gain about 15lbs while there, but since my early teens have had a bit of extra weight on me. When I got home I decided now is the perfect time to make some goals... my aunt is a dietician so she has been helping me adjust my lifestyle as far as food goes. I know 20lbs in five months isn't really "quick" but what I'm doing is maintainable in the long-run.

Not sure if you can tell much of a difference in the pics... I notice it mostly in my face/neck, thighs and middle!

    wow you look great. i started at 176, and now am 155LBS...i look no where as good as you! do you mind me asking how tall you are and what your doing for excersise/cal goals? i cant wait to look that good.
