FitBit just upped the motivation

So I bought the FitBit this past week and I have to say it is worth every $1 I spent for it. I feel the need to fulfill every daily goal it has set for me (i.e. 10,000 steps, 5 miles, 10 flights of stairs, etc.) The weekends seem easy for me to do this because I'm not sitting at a desk all day. It also is compatible with MFP so it floods calories earned to MFP and MFP floods your exercise and food diary over to FitBit. Does anyone else have one and have had good results?

Yes, had it about a month. I'm addicted. I will go up & down the stairs and do an extra errand if I haven't met my goals. I've lost almost 5 pounds so far, which is a lot for me.0

Does it only track your walking and stairs or does it capture calories burned in a class or on a stairmaster, for example?0

I think the step count is innacurate - anyone else find that?0
