Well, I did it...reached my goal! I set a goal for 25lbs and hit it today. And I had just adjusted my settings and was eating MORE calories and lost 1 lb, instead of the 1/2 that I had set up. I'm down 2-3 pants sizes since May! Now for a new goal.

Marlene47: after reaching a semi - plateau... and being so hungry, I reached out here to ask a question about the "1200" calorie limit...thinking maybe I wasn't eating enough. I finally saw a post by "haybales" entitled "An easier way to setup goal calories- eating for who you will be.
On his post he explained a formula and leads you to a site to set up this formula. Anyway I thought I'd try it. For the first few days the amount of calories was too much so I chose a number a little lower, but still enough over my bmi. And I lost a pound this week. I do want to lose 5 more and then maintain. So excited to see how next week goes. Reset all my setting too.
Hope this helps.
Thanks to 'haybales' for the idea!0 -
Congrats....I'm down 14...0
