Lentils, low fat cottage cheese, and hummus. nom nom nom :3

I can eat these with anything. Lentils with plain lowfat yogurt, cheese, avocado, tomato, bell peppers, and lettuce with salsa, cottage cheese goes with everything from hot sauce to fruit, and hummus is GREAT for dipping chips and veggies in.

Jack Link's Beef Jerky 1oz.-50 calories
Low-fat Vanilla yogurt mixed with any fruit or lowfat granola
    Oatmeal

I eat all 3 of these almost everyday because they are quick, good sources of protein and low cal (except for the granola)

Bananas, whenever I'm feeling dizzy I have a nice little banana and problem solved:)
    Golden delicious apples.
Carrots! You can roast them, eat them raw, steam them or boil them, definately a winner:)
