I use these gold gym wraps while i exercise for around my stomach since forever. Not really sure if it helps or not because I use it almost every time I workout. When I don't, i notice my belly jiggle when i run which I don't like so I opt out of making an experiment to see if it works w/o it. Anywho, just curious if anyone else uses it and if they've actually seen results from using it.

If it holds a jiggle and that's what you use it for, then I'd say go for, just kepp it wrapped to a point where it's *just* comfortably fit to your body, not tight or compressed. But if you're using it to try to spot reduce that area of fat, it's not going to be worth it.

I have Gold's Gym brand thigh wraps - that I use specifically for compression on my right thigh only due to an injury last October.

After wearing wrap on my right thigh only for five months now, for every single workout I've done during that time, my right thigh is absolutely no smaller or leaner than my left thigh.

On top of that, if I do do something without that wrap on the thigh, the muscles get much more sore, almost immediately, than my left thigh. I think that having to wear that wrap has gotten the muscles used to the extra support and that once I'm able to truly go without it again that it will be like mini physical therapy to get that thigh up to full strength again.

So my summary answer would be that it won't help lose any extra fat/weight in the area and it may end up actually end up being detrimental to the muscle in the area over extended periods of time.

I have used saran wrap around my tummy ( its disposable so i don't have to put the sweaty belt back on the next day ) and can say that i have personally notices a difference in that area and so has my gym partner. weather is helps sweat out water weight or helps shrink the area im not sure, but the way i look at it is that all those wraps they want you to pay hundreds of dollars for are just hot wraps they put around you belly to raise you core temp. plus i agree it makes me feel a little more comfortable at the gym cause it doesnt jiggle or shake as bad. But im am not a expert this is just my opinion.

Ok thanks alot. Welp. I guess I'll just keep it on to hold in the jiggle then :-)

My wrap was only $5 at Walmart. But I may try the saran wrap so I won't have to put the sweaty wrap on the next day. Not sure why I didnt think of that.
