Ok, so since I've started I've lost 7 inches all over, 6 pounds of fat and I am sure I've gained some muscle:
BTW sorry about the face with no make up and the rough hair, I take them just after waking up!

That is pretty amazing. You look great. I'm working through Turbo Jam right now and am on week 4 I don't see any differences. I hope by week 8 my differences are as noticeable as yours. You look fantastic!0

Hi,
Thanks guys! I can't see much difference between week 4 and week 8 but there are 12 more weeks to go! I am starting to lift a little weights now in the evenings, on top of my normal 6 TurboFire workouts in the morning.
I started eating 1,400 but my weight loss stalled. Now I've gone up to 1,700 and I'm losing again. It's hard to say what the actual fat loss is because sometimes I don't see any change in the scale or even a gain, but I can see an improvement in my physical body.
I'm getting addicted! Once I am done 20 weeks of TF my plan is to do Chaleane Extreme :-D0 -
I think your stomach is flatter/has more muscle between weeks 4 and 8 Also your thighs look totally different!!!! Great job!!0

You look so much more toned, and tighter all around. Wonderful results! I finished week 8 myself on Friday and just started week 9 today. Congratulations on a job well done and enjoy crushing these last 4 weeks--I know I'm planning to!!!0
