yup, pretty much!
i like to cut it into cutlets, marinate them in a citrus base (my seasonings change every time, but the marinade alwasy has lemon juice and lemon, lime and sometime orange zest in it)
I make cutlets almost every week. I grill them on a indoor grill (you know, the forman-like grills) and store. I then usually cut them up in a salad after the first night.
good luck!

I like to roast my fresh turkey breast in my iron fry pan and when it is about 1/2 hour away from being done I throw in baby brussel sprouts they pick up the flavour of the roast turkey. Oh by the way I put a little bit of extra virgin olive oil on the turkey breast along with some cracked pepper and coarse salt.
Toss your baby brussle sprouts in a little EVOO before you put them in the pan.
This is yummy0
