I bought this last summer when I was more fit.
I want to start tomorrow, but honestly watching the videos on youtube.
I think it may kill me.
Will it kill me?
Maybe I'm not ready

Just start! You can always modify moves and take breaks when you need them. Your endurance will build quickly.0

^ What she said. Just jump right into it. It looks intimidating but it's doable0

I was given the Insanity program by a friend 2 years ago after she said it was too hard for her. Because of that I was afraid to try it and it sat on the shelf for years. Looking back I think how sad that I wasted all that time because I recently gave Insanity a try earlier this year and was surprised at how much I liked them!
I won't lie your heart will feel like its pounding out of your chest and you will sweat like never before. But like someone mentioned earlier in this thread modify moves and take breaks (I still have to do push ups on my knees). You'll be surprised how quickly you'll build up endurance. There are still some moves that I have a hard time doing well but I don't let it get me down. I've seen really good results with this program and like the variety of workouts.0 -
Just do it! It'll be hard but do what you can and you'll improve.0

You will see changes!! Take measurements and pictures the day of every fit test, so you can see it's working!0
