I'm here again

I was an avid member here, I believe either in 2010 or 2011.

I had went from 145lbs down to 123lbs.

Late last year, I had some stress related incidents, which caused me to drift away from watching what I ate and exercising. Now, I'm back again, hoping to lose some weight.

I'm not sure how much I weigh but I know I'm not near 145lbs like I was before!

I plan on running 3 days a week and walking on alternate days and doing some weight lifting.

Add me as a friend! I love motivation :)

    Hi,

    I too am back today, so I so know where you are coming from. I haven't put all the weight back on, only about 2 kgs so I am happy about that. You did really well to get down to 123, I am sure you can get there again, you sound really motivated.

    This time I am going to try and take it slow. I have planned my meals and snack a couple of days in advance and am going to get on the treadmill and do interval training every other day.
