I eat almost the same thing everyday and make sure I plan and sometimes make my meals ahead of time that way I'm not tempted to grab something unhealthy and fattening. I'll find little ways to spice up my meals each day differently. And I alternate between chicken and fish for dinner and occasionally ground or breast of turkey. I've found which way I needed to organize my meals and what time to eat at so that I feel satisfied throughout the day without any hunger pangs or cravings. Drinking water is key to hunger as well. I drink about 5-8 cups of matcha powdered green tea a day. This helps alot. I've found myself not getting bloated if I drink it with my meals. I don't get sugar cravings. And I feel thinner on the inside and healthier on the outside. I'm losing 3-6 pounds a week doing this and I feel great. I try and keep my meals around 300 cals each with the most on my plate. So low-, no-, and negative-calorie foods I know I can always stack up on my plate. You can't starve yourself or deprive yOurself from food, this leads to slow metabolism, cravings, and excess fat storage. Make sure you fill yourself up on the good things! My trick is to never feel hungry! And I snack between meals to make sure that doesn't happen. This keeps your metabolism boosted and prevents binging and making unhealthy food choices. :)

I suggest experimenting with cutting out processed foods, added sugars, and anything not natural. I personally try to avoid gluten, dairy, and meat whenever possible, but not religiously. If I can make a meal vegan easily, I always do. It helps one avoid processed foods that are bad for you :)

Nope. I just try to make healthier choices. I try to eat more veggies and less junk. I google healthy recipes all the time.
