I have never been one to take measurements because I seem to never get the tape measure in the same spot. But I decided that I needed to do this. But now I am frustrated lol I have lost 15 pounds and 2 pant sizes. However my measurements are higher this week. Any suggestions on how to measure and do it the same every time.
I measure the following"
Hips
Waist
Right Arm
Left Arm
Right Thigh
Left Thigh
Left Calf
Right Calf
Bust

I think the neck is also measured for some fitness caluculations.
You've got all the rest right.0 -
How do you manage to measure in the same place?0

I write down a landmark to measure from. So for example, I have a scar on my right leg that I uses to measure my thigh with and I use my ASIS and then measure down to my hips.0

I have a 2-3" rule, well, more like a guideline...
above belly button for waist
below belly button for hips
below top of leg for thigh
below knee for calf
below shoulder for arm
bust at fullest part
as long you are in the general vicinity each time, it will reflect the changes... remember though, muscle may add to the numbers.
Hope this helps. Best on your journey!0
