Hi everyone!
I am new here and buildning my way to a fitter inside and outside! At the moment my aim is to build muscles and loose the extra kilos of fat which still isnt totally gone. Somebody else who is "almost there"? Give me an add:) I could talk about workout, foodschedules and everything for hours:p
