Well I know I weighed 221 back in September 2011-that is when the elvis pic was taken. I stopped weighing myself after that. I didn't really start counting calories until December.0 -

I'm 5'7" I have always carried weight well, that is how it got so out of hand. It just snuck up on me!0 -
