I am wanting to clean and cut up green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, radish, cucumber today and put them in individual ziploc bags or ziploc containers so they are ready for me to put onto a bowl of lettuce to take to work for a salad for lunch. If I clean them today will they go bad by the middle of the week? What is better bags or containers? Should I let them dry well after I was them so all the water is out and not in the bag/container with them? Thanks for your help!

I work away all week and do one shop on a Sunday and then try to get to a supermarket on Wednesday as any veg I haven't eaten by then has gone off.
Sorry! But that's being healthy for you, takes a lot more planning ahead!

I wouldn't think so. fresh cut vegetables will keep in the refrigerator for a long time .. I would think you would be safe

It's not an issue. We keep them cut up in the fridge in a container. I would recommend leaving the container cracked open, or using one with a vent to help prevent a condensation buildup.
