I know that they say you are supposed to stop eating when you are satisfied, not full, but what do you do when you barely ate a thing, and you aren't hungry?

Well then stop eating since you're satisfied. Unless you're having symptoms of being malnourished or low blood sugar, nothing wrong with not having a small appetite.0
