Advocare 24 day challenge...anyone gotta CLUE?!

So one of my friends got me into the Advocare program and im starting the 24 day challenge thursday and im really not too sure what iv gotten myself into...anyone out there experienced this program before? Positive or negitive results? Thanks! :D
