    Use MFP everyday, try to stay off a heavy diet of carbs, and I am sure you will lose weight. I go up/down everyday in weight. I weigh myself everyday and fluctuate about 1.5 lbs depending on the day. The general trend though is down at about 2 lbs/week. Be sure to get exercise in if you can.
