Tortilla wraps?

Does anyone have a recipe for "rice flour" wraps, tortilla wraps or thin pancakes? Could I use an ordinary pancake recipe and substitute rice flour? Have looked on the internet but no luck. Not very good at guessing measurement :-(

I don't have one but I have a friend who might. She even makes pancakes out of beans! I'll check for you.

]Thanks so much, I think it's probably just flour and water and maybe an egg, who knows!! but thanks for checking it out.

Oops just read the calorie count on the pancakes, I need one without eggs! I'll have to give it a try leaving the eggs out..

I like these pancakes! I've just taken Jamie Eason's pumpkin and oat pancakes and revised it to use rice flour.

1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
2 tbsp Splenda, Truvia, or Ideal (optional)
    1 tbsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    Cinnamon (optional to taste)
    4 Egg Whites
    1/2 cup applesauce - unsweetened
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

    Directions:
    Preheat griddle to medium heat.
Mix flour, Splenda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon (if using) in a bowl.
Wisk egg whites and applesauce. Mix in almond milk.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
Spray griddle with non-stick butter spray.
Scoop batter with a 1/4 cup measuring cup onto griddle. Cook 3-5 minutes on a side.
    Makes 10-12 pancakes.

*you could also omit the cinnamon and add blueberries to the batter
