Just curious if anyone on here enjoys watching MMA such as the UFC and Strikeforce. I watched the Rousey-Tate fight Saturday night and what a great fight.

    I love some UFC! Although I haven't gotten to see the last few fights because of just poor scheduling :(

    I'm a huge GSP fan, can't WAIT til he's back in the octagon so we can get rid of this "Interim Champ" bullsh!t...you're not the champ, until you BEAT the champ! And I don't see anybody beating GSP anytime soon!

    Yeah, love MMA. I saw the SF card this past weekend, I'm not usually into the female fights but that one was a good show of skill. Lots of back and forth, but what a sick ending. I had to turn it off before they started showing replays of her arm...

    I like the Diaz Bros, Jon Jones, Ben Henderson mainly. Ubereem is a boss too.

    Love, love, love MMA! Have been watching UFC and the Ultimate Fighter show since it began! Would love to see a non-title match between Anderson Silva vs. Jon Bones Jones. It's funny - when watching the fights (with my sons who also love MMA) my husband will come in and ask who's fighting - but we don't even bother telling him cuz he doesn't know who they are anyway. My sister and I are huge fans of MMA - our husbands - not as much.

    I think Jones would be too much for Silva, but would be a huge superfight.

    They think it's because we like watching the guys in the tight shorts - but we love a good fight (and the tight shorts don't hurt):love: ! A great come-back or submission is just totally awesome! My son just came home for a couple of weeks (military leave) so I had a bunch of fights saved for him on the DVR. We watched Frank Mir break Noguiera's arm in a kimura - it was gnarly! So excited for the "live" Ultimate Fighter show to start this season!

    I love MMA and all forms of combat sports. I was very impressed with Rousey's victory over Tate. Looking forward to seeing Jon Jones v Raschad Evans next month.

    Cool to see the MMA fans on here, anyone that wants to add me feel free. I love to help motivate and need it of course in the health and weight loss department. I have a 13 year old daughter who has been doing and competing in judo/ jiu jitsu for the last 5 years so Rousey has been someone we have been paying attention to for awhile. My boys both wrestle so sports are our thing.

    Jonny Bones and Carlos Condit are our ABQ boys! I used to watch Carlos fight locally years and years ago. Its so awesome to see his success!

    AND! I loooove GSP! I'm the only one in our group of friends who does like him, so I get to hear about it all the time :)
    Matt Hamill is another one of my favorites.

    Me too. I cant wait to see GSP again. Ive been watching for years, back when Tank Abbot was still fighting.

    Me being from Jersey have been to a lot of local shows in AC and have seen the Miller brothers (Jim & Dan) fight several times also Frankie Egder and Kurt Pelligrino. I think Jon Jones is just sick and will be hard to beat for long time.

    Love it! I have a friend that has recently joined an MMA gym, may have to go check it out myself :)

    GSP :love: Have to stick with my fellow Canadian :) UFC is just not the same without him in the octagon

    I know there's a lot of GSP fans, but he bores me beyond belief. Not interested in watching him dry hump someone for 25 minutes because he's just bigger and better than everyone he fights.

    Depends! sometimes it sucks when its like an immediate knockout ... I kinda like to see them go all out!

    I agree with the GSP comment, he just isn't exciting and fights to outscore his oppenents. If he didn't have those wrestling skills to take people down he wouldn't be a champ. Just saying

    I'm surprised it;s usually the men and not the women into it more but my wife and even the kids love to watch it.
