I just bought the fitness DVD the other day, and I was wondering how other users recorded that in their excercise log? I searched for it but nothing came up. I was confused as to what to consider it since it's strength and cardio

When I have done it, I record it as Circuit Training.

I usually log it in a "circuit training." You can create your own exercise if you want though. That would require you to know how many calories you are burning from a heart rate monitor though.

i usually just recorded it as 20 min of circuit training under cardio. It usually says I burned about 200 cals.

I suggest getting yourself an HRM if you don't have one. I used the circuit training numbers for 30DS and they were off by about 70 Calories. In otherworks MFP was totally over estimating my spend and I was eating my exercise calories back.
