March Challenge (Bodyrock)

I really like bodyrock.tv. I think we should do the 30 day challenge. Here are the links for our first week. On day 6 repeat the fitness test and post your results.

Tomorrow just complete your normal workout and do this fitness test and post your results. I want to do this every week. I think it would be very encouraging to see everyones progress. This is going to be tough for some people but don't weigh yourself at all. You can measure, but do not step on the scale. Hide it if you have to. I want everyones focus to be on daily activities and healthy food choices.

Goals for March.
1. Complete workout
2. Drink 10 oz of water everyday
3. Stay under calorie goal/ make healthy food choices
4. Complete weekly bonuses
5. Log in to myfitnesspal
6. Stay Positive

Thanks guys! Have fun and get fit!

Wow - thanks for the links! I just started Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and am still in the sore stage, but I'll bookmark this to try next.

I can't do the workout as I am still recovering from foot surgery so I am limited on what I can do, but I can do just about everything else, and I modified the workout to fit what I can do. Thanks for starting this. So far, I have done everything each day.

I fit a BodyRock workout in every now and then. Mostly I stick to my normal stuff, though I have incorporated the sandbag into my regular routine.

Oh, and I should mention that I have to take a short break from it since I fractured my toe (incident with the ottoman. LOL). Once I'm feeling good, I'll get back to it. Right now I tape my toe and do the elliptical.
