Does anybody do the free workouts on On Demand? I just realized I had them, and there are tons of different categories! I'm pretty excited about it.
Was just wondering if anybody else used these, if you had a favorite one or something

You still have these available? I thought Exercise TV was gone from OnDemand. I used to have it but it's gone. It was nice to try out different workouts. I used to do 30 Day Shred sometimes and Leslie Sandones Cardio Slimdown.0

I have just started looking into those too. So far I like doing the pilates ones. They seem like they are pretty easy but the next day my thighs were really sore! So I figure it must be working...0

I just started checking then out too! I've tried the Spark People 28 Day Boot camp and made it about 15 minutes :laugh:0

I had no idea they were there....I will be looking for these tonight!!0

I preferred the workouts offered when it was Exercise TV On Demand. I haven't looked at the offerings lately. Maybe I'll have to check them out to see if anything interests me.0

SERIOUSLY- how did you find the On Demand workouts?!?!?!?????? Once Exercise TV on Demand was removed from my lineup, I can't find them. What is the chanel code? How did you find them?
Please? I loved it!0 -
Go to ON Demand and I believe it's in the sports/fitness section.0

I tried them, and I wasn't thrilled lol but it's free so Its cool to add it in and change up your workout.0

I just noticed these over the weekend. I am so excited!0

Thanks for the heads-up, I never thought to look there! Will be checking this evening.
Does it matter which cable company you have? We have Verizon FiOs.0 -
I like them. I usually do the dance ones, like hip hop or latin.0
-
I have Comcast. Not sure if Verizon offers the same thing.0
-
Did they bring them back because they weren't on there last time I checked that was in Nov/Dec?0
-
I use them & like them because it adds variety to my workouts. Try a couple they are free, what have you got to lose.0

LOOOOVE THEM! It's perfect when you can't get to the gym or just want to do a quick 15/20 minute workout.0

I use them. I actually try to do a different one every time. I've done several different ones so far. Don't really have a favorite though.0

They wer removed from Verizon and Verizon customers were told that the owners of Exercise TV were pulling the plug all together..........but it appears Comcast still has it. There are a few workouts available under MagRack. I think that is under the Health category. Not exercise tv but it's something........0 -
Yes - I've tried a number of them, especially the dance ones, but I can't say I have favorites. If I'm bored with the stuff I usually do, especially if it's bad out and I just can't stand the thought of another minute on the ski machine :-) I'll try something. I'm not sure how long each routine stays available, but there's a variety of styles and they do change the options from time to time. I try to pick something that's at least 25 minutes - I find if I do the 10-minute ones it's too long between the end of one and when I can get the next one going (there are always a few ads, etc.). We have Comcast On Demand and I just go to Channel 1 and find "Fitness".
Definitely worth checking out - you might find some that you really like!0 -
I have Verizon Fios and we have OnDemand workouts! I can't remember the "channel" off the top of my head though.0

Well, I checked. I'm Time Warner Cable and I can't find a sports/fitness channel that offers something other than rugby and basketball games. :-( BLAH!
I'll try to check back on them in a bit, because I really loved having Exercise TV On Demand......... that was great!0 -

Thanks! I hadn't been able to find anything til you pointed me to MagRack. They don't look too exciting but might be good for variety at some point.0 -
OMG! I just found these! So excited to add this to my routine!0

i do some by Cathy Cyphers. They are pretty challenging, and I use them for my weekend workouts when I can do whatever I want, as opposed to my strict weekday schedule.0

I do the Yoga For Runners after some of my runs. and I like it pretty well. I have tried one of the strength training upper body workouts and it was horrible. The exercises were good but the 2 fitness people told awful jokes and didn't keep up with the number of reps and they weren't consistent with the same numbers on each side. I doubt I would do that one again b/c it was pure torture to get through it the first time.0

Hi I do them too...I was wondering how many calories do you post when you do her 31 min or 41 min Interval work outs ?:happy:0
