Hi everyone, I recently started on MFP at the beginning of Jan and looking for other members in South Africa. I am totally commited to this new lifestyle and would appreciate anyone from South Africa to befriend me. Lets walk/run this road together!

    Where in SA are you from? I used to live in Cape Town but doing my training in Ohio before going to Australia. There is quite a few peeps from SA.

    Hello and welcome! MFP is great resource.

    I am from Cape Town but living in London at the moment. I would also like more Saffa friends who understand some of the wierd food we put in our diaries sometimes :-)
