I am finally at the 200lb mark!!! I can not BELIEVE how fast it is all happening...
Today at least 4 people have said they can tell I have lost weight, and was looking good, which is such a motivator.
I have a long way to go, but I am very excited about the journey, the new lifestyle and my new life!!!
For all of you having a hard day, week, or hours...Just know this is a journey we are all on together and together we can do it!!!

Thanks everyone!!! I feel great! It has been a huge change to my lifestyle.
I started out drinking these super healthy green smoothies for 2 weeks, then added this homemade chicken veggie soup, then the next week added all green veggie and strawberry salads with homemade balsamic vinaigrette, the next week I added back in plain greek yogurt (organic), Ahi Tuna, and all other meats (although I choose not to eat pork right now), all veggies but regular potatoes, and now I eat all fruits, all veggies, all meats, and plain yogurt, I only drink water, green tea, black coffee and occasionally red wine... I still do smoothies at least 4-5 times a week as a meal replacement, and I work out 5-6 days a week.
4 months ago I ate anything and everything bad for you, and drank like a fish, and always said how happy I was...I am now off all of my "crazy" meds, and feel better than I have ever, ever.
All of you can do it just find what works and stick with it!!!
