Califlower rice or mashed?

Yes! My husband and I made this last night actually and they were SO good! I'll definitely make them again. I've been finding lots of other great recipes on this site so you'll have to check them out!

I made cauliflower rice not that long ago! I didn't really follow a recipe, but this is what I did.

Shredded cauliflower using the largest holes on my shredder. (Resembled rice)

Heat up EVOO in a pan, and sautee cauliflower until starts to turn brown. Mix in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, pepper.

Push cauliflower over to one side and crack and egg in the pan. Scramble, and when cooked mix with cauliflower.

It's delicious!
