What is your motivation photo? We all have a couple of photos that motivate us, not a photo of someone else.
I have several but it seems like i didn't take near as many photos as when i was at the weight i want to get to. Heres one of my motivation photo from 2003 i was 19 (next goal weight), along with my de-motivation photo and where i am at today.

This is from about 5 years ago and 24 lbs lighter than I am now. I thought I was fat then because of that little roll, now I'm trying my hardest to get back there!!!

I keep a "skinny" picture on my fridge from my 30th birthday (almost 8 years ago)... and thanks to facebook there are endless "chubby" pictures from the past couple years at my fingertips. Right now I'm somewhere in between. My goal is to lose a few more pounds and stay there.
A friend said something to me recently that I try to keep in mind... "You can't do anything about what you used to be, but you CAN change what you are right now." So, even if I'm never that thin again, I know that I can definitely be healthier and stronger now.0 -
These 2 are actually after I lost quite abit of weight from the biggest I've been.
Me now.

At first, it was the photo of me coming home from the hospital wiht my son, 209 pounds.
Now that I've been in good shape a few years it's a series of photos from one of my half marathons: in once frame I'm running with nice muscles in one leg. In the next frame, that same leg is now relaxed and you can see a ton of cellulite. EWWWW. I'm glad I'm in great shape, but THAT'S just ugly. Time to get pretty!0 -
this
2 summers ago. Would kill to be back here.0 -
Umm.. I have ALWAYS been fat... Right now I am 19, and weigh less than I did when I was like 14... So I guess my motivation is to just keep up the good work and get past these 15 lbs !0

This is me aged 30... now I know that I probably don't have a hope in hell of ever getting down to a 32" waist or a 40" chest, but this is what keeps me motivated... that and all my FAT foto's :laugh;

In 2008 I got my motivation from a horrible photo my Mum took of me in Broome. It was when I realised I was fat(ter than I should be at 18)
Put more weight on again, saw some photos and went... woops yep I got fat again..
I get my motivation to lose weight from 'fat photos' not from 'skinny photos'.0 -
so I have a few...
my lightest since having 2 kids:
me at 17, with my favorite teacher his last day at my high school. I was a size 12 here.
My goal is to get down to a 10 or 80 -
Awesome motivational pics guys! Wish I had one of myself to aim for but I've never been at a size that I've felt happy, always always been over weight and have no idea how I will look when I've lost the weight... Kinda exciting though I guess!

Me at 322 lbs, my heaviest ever. (I'm the one in the green t-shirt). If seeing yourself in that disgusting state isn't motivation never to go back there again then I don't know what is.
Below. Me 2 years ago at 210lbs, the lightest I've been in 20 years. I look fatter than I was in that pic as I was still wearing clothes at least a size too large. I stopped watching what I was eating and working out not long after this photo and was back up to 300lbs on January 1st this year.
My goal is to get down to around 190lbs and then re-evaluate how I feel.0 -
Can someone help me with the posting of the pictures? I thought I was doing it right but I guess not.0
