If you go to the beach body site, and sign up for a free membership, you can set up an auto program for insanity. It will give you the schedule.

Thanks for that! I'm starting Insanity the first week of July. I've done a few of the videos already in no particular sequence... and it scares me that Pure Cardio is in there so frequently!!! That sucker is CRAZY!!!

  • Bpayne... that was very nice of you to post that calender, I have done insanity a few times in the past but its been a while, so I appreciate the time you took to make it easier for all of us...Good luck with all of your fitness goals and remember... if you skip a day in your workout or you over-indulge at a party... "Life goes on" and so should your work out.. too many people make a mistake or two and get so bummed they quit altogether... MAKE mistakes, but learn from them and get motivated from them.... This is your year.. this is your health... and YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Another user posted this link and it takes you to an actual calender you can print out.. love it!

QFT! I tried to save money by purchasing Insanity on Newegg.com for $79, however, what I got was a bootleg copy and a calander that was so small and cheaply made that I had problems reading it. I purchased it again dirrect from Beachbody and what a difference in the quality. Newegg.com finally refunded all of my money this week after I filed a claim against them with Paypal.

When you bought "Insanity" on Newegg, you purchased it from a 3rd party. That's just like buying "Insanity" on Amazon and the seller is a 3rd party instead of Amazon.
