Trying to figure out how to input exercise info when its not

I have started doing P90X workouts recently. I and not yet able to do all the workouts to their full extent, and I mix and match the different workouts. Any ideas of how I can input the information in my exercise log? I have this overwhelming urge to just forget it lol, but I always do that and I am trying to be a little more dedicated here :) Please Help!!

    Do you have a heart rate monitor?

    If you do, use it to track the calories you burned and enter them into you log.
