ChiliCrabPasta

This is a yummy pre-workout recipe!

Fresh Pasta
Sea Food Chunks/or such (ready for use)
fresh Rucola "lettuce, herb"
fresh Basil
Fresh Chili and with seeds for a "tougher taste", sliced n diced ... you can leave the seeds out if you want.
2 garlic cloves
½ red onion
pepper and salt to taste
olive oil

Fry up, butter and olive oil 8so butter wont burn)
add onion - add salt so onion wont burn or lose it's colour
add garlic

In another large pan/pot (so that when pasta is added the boiling will still continue)
boil water. Add a bit of oil and salt. Boil accordin to the package's instructions, rinse and drain

Chop up the herbs and rucola

add in all of the ingredients, add olive oil and pepper n salt for taste

mix mix!

Voilá! As they say in Finnish : Hyvää Ruokahalua!:tongue:
