I really want to start using whole wheat pasta but I just can't get past the taste and texture. Any suggestions?

I eat Barilla plus multigrain pastas. SO much easier, and it tastes great.

I love hogdson mills whole wheat pasta. Yum! But I've switched to rice pasta or quinoa pasta now for most of my pasta eating, do to trying to cut out as much gluten as I can in my diet. It just causes my stomach to do awful things.

Regular is just as good? White flour is horrible for you!

Any real nutritionist would tell you just to don't eat ANY pasta :P
Spaghetti squash is a good, healthy, natural substitute

More alarmist crap here. Pasta is fine, including the refined white flour kind. Sure...it's carby and digests faster and isn't loaded with nutrients...but it also isn't going to hurt you or make you fat.

Cover it up so you don't have to taste it.. Haha! I don't like the texture of whole wheat spaghetti just by itself. If there is some kind of sauce or it's in a baked dish, it isn't so bad.

Why eat things you don't like? Whole wheat isn't a magical superfood last I checked.

I eat this or Rozoni healthy harvest. cook 10oz of pasta, Sautee 8 cups baby spinach, 3 cloes chopped garlic, 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halves), and italian turkey sausage. mix together and top with a little parmesan cheese. its only about 450 calories per serving, 17 grams of fat, and 34 grams of protein
