ready to loose

i have been doing weight watchers off and on for 6 yrs, i always loose then i stop going and gain my weight back, my mom and sister are lifetime members and have kept their weight off for 5 yrs, i just cant seem to stick with it,. i am at the heavist i have been ever and willing to do anything to help me get the pounds off.

any advice please help. i did my calories for today and i am over by 250. new start tomorrow.

    It is all about making good choices, one at a time. Tracking your food here will help you learn which foods are good for your "Calorie Budget" and which ones aren't. If you do fall--and you will(see my food diary for 7-12-09)--the important thing is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start again with the next meal.
