I need to get back on track help me please?! i need motivation. I found I was losing weight with my elliptical and my malibu pilates chair.

    You have to motivate your mind, and the best way to do that is start with the body. Do a no excuses week of working out and your brain will get in the rythm.

    Also, try to find something else to do for fun. What do you like to do for exercise? Try to mix it up a bit and that will get you out of a rut. Plus, if you always do the same exercise you will burn less calories at it because your body gets used to it. You can do it! :smile:

    you need to approach this as something you WANT...not something you have to do.

    Keep to things you like and enjoy....but make alterations. It's all based on many small alterations that make one HUGE impact.

    You'll enjoy it in time...if you don't already. All it takes is seeing your improvements and tracking what you've done to have those improvements and you'll do great!
