Stay busy! I was in Vegas 2 weeks ago and came home 2 pounds lighter. We walked everywhere and did a ton of sight seeing. I even splurged at Ben and Jerry's and I was still under my calorie goal each day. Have fun!

Hi, My husband and I go to Vegas every year and Love it! There is so much to see and do and you will be walking all day and night. Believe me when i tell you to wear comfortable shoes. All the hotels have pools, so between the walking and using the pool you will be burning calories. Tons of food options, but remember to just have fun because you will be back to reality soon enough!

I'll be there this weekend! I don't plan on counting but I plan on moving quite a bit. Whether it's dancing or walking or what have you, keep busy and you'll be just fine :)

My home city =) Honestly I would say try not to worry too much about the cals. I mean it is a vacation and you probably don't get to take one that often so I would say just enjoy it and don't go overboard. You'll probably be walking every where so that'll burn a good amount anyways. We are famous for our countless buffets though so possibly avoid those lol and hit a club or two. Nothing burns calories like dancing for a couple hours.
  • Hi all,

we are back from Vegas and had a blast! I never walked so much in my life (20K steps a day...around 10 miles) !!! I tried to enjoy every meal, guilt free and really got to relax and restart my batteries!
