Fitclick.com says that based on my age, weight, height, and type of activity level at work, I should be taking in 2111 cals and if I want to lose 1 lb a week I should take in 1611 without exercise or burn off 500 cals a day

You answered your own question.
I'm confused, lol.
Not sure what fitclick is, but it seems it has already told you to consume 1611 NET calories per day. Meaning... if you do NO exercise, you need to literally EAT 1611 calories. Any calories burned during exercise can be added to that.
What does MFP say when you set up your goals? Same or different?0 -

It says I should be taking in 1600. Thanks, I just wasn't sure if it was a liable source. or if it sounded crazy to take in that many calories.0
