Not eating enough?

This is my first day on myfitnesspal and I have realized that i have lots of calories i can still use.
Before i had dinner tonight I had 1000 calories I could still eat.
Is this alright?
What are things full of protein?

    1500 calories -_____- seriously, 1000? what are you 10 years old? eat eat eat!
    also proteins is easy. Lean chicken breast, good cut of steak, turkey, fish, greek yoghurt, nuts, protein supplements

    Excuse me I am 19. The site might be messed up or something. I apparently don't eat enough or something or this site

    Do a google search for meal plans to show, say, what 1500 calories of food looks like.

    Yes you possibly eat mostly low calorie type foods.
