Equipment needed for 30 day shred?

I was wondering if you needed any equipment for the 30 day shred dvd. Amazon.ca didn't offer much info... Anyone familiar with this workout? What is it like?

  Just a pair of hand weights .. or you can use anything around the house that's handy too.

  before I got my hand weights, I used water bottles. If they are too heavy to start with, just drink some :laugh: but that's about it.
